After the initial installation of kitchen range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, service technician Steve Campbell came to the house to make alignment adjustments. He took the time necessary to do a meticulous job and explain things to me. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction.

Bought a wall oven April 13 2017 online , Ian immediately called back and said Whirlpool was not in stock. Whirlpool had not updated their stock list. He offered right away to return money right way. He assured me it would be in stock on the 20th. It was !!! Ian great guy to deal with.

We are very happy with all of our interactions with Gerhard's sales and delivery staff. Lisa, our Sales Rep at the Glenside location, has now helped us on multiple occasions to find the appliance which best suits our needs without having to spend all afternoon in doing so. When purchasing a stove top/range about a month ago, the delivery team was pleasant, professional, and quick during the installation. We will definitely use Gerhard's Appliances in the future and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

The delivery team (Jarmal and co.) showed up promptly, removed my old appliance, and set up the new one in an efficient manner. They were very courteous and knowledgeable.

I'll make this a 3 part review, as I dealt with 3 aspects of the company. First is SALES. Our sales experience was excellent. The salesperson we had, Ian, at the Glenside store, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and let us know when we came in the first time that an end of year sale was approaching and he saved us a lot of money. We were very happy with the service we received from both Ian, and Rachel, his supervisor. Second was DELIVERY. We had a slight problem with the delivery of our items, it was a very small issue that was frustrating at the time, but was so small that its not worth mentioning in this review, because overall, the rest of the experience was so above and beyond our expectations that I would still recommend them to anyone. Lastly, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spoke with Diane, the service manager on the phone. She was so hospitable, helpful and understanding. I can't recall ever receiving better customer service in my life. She really listened and showed deep concern for the aforementioned delivery issue. I'm so thankful that I was able to discuss my issue with her. Again, above and beyond expectations. Ultimately, when everything was said and done, this was a five star experience and all the appliances I purchased from Gerhard's look great in my home, and I have piece of mind and confidence in the company that I will be taken care of if any issues arise in the future. I will definitely return for my future needs and recommend Gerhard's to my friends and family.

I have made two previous purchases over the past 10 years (from the Glenside location), however since relocating, I went to the Doylestown location and Mark Cooper assisted with this purchase. As expected, Gerhard's pleases again with a wide selection of product offerings (washing machines), competitive pricing and knowledgable and friendly staff. It was such a pleasant experience beginning with entering the store and meeting Mark, writing up the sales order and lastly the delivery and installation.

New kitchen appliances delivered and installed on December 27. Called in advance, arrived during delivery window. The delivery team, led by Jarmal, could not have been more careful and courteous during the entire process of delivery, installation and removal of the old appliances.

We were pleased both with the price of the dryer we bought (better than at the big box store) and with the delivery service: Radames and Juan were courteous and very efficient.
