My Frigidaire range stopped working after a power outage in my home. The tech came out and said that it would be over $700 in parts to fix the range. The range is 3 months out of warranty and Pete Siegfried (Gerhard's Manager in Doylestown) worked with Frigidaire to get me the parts for free. Great customer service! Ashley Williams from their Customer Service dept., called me to let me know that Dan their tech will be out to fix the range. Thanks for the Great Customer Service from Gerhard's! Have bought numerous appliances from Gerhart's and will continue to buy from them! Thanks All!

Taking time out to commend one of your Customer Service Representatives...Ashley Williams. We were having issues with getting a repair completed because repair part order ship location and service technician work orders didn’t jive! It took almost a month but with Ashley’s assistance, we finally have the repair complete! Thank you Ashley for your perseverance and sticking with me! A gem in customer service!

Our experience to repair our dryer repair was excellent. Nick, our technician, was courteous, efficient and most professional. We would definitively request him again for any repair required.

I have worked in the Wholesale industry selling to retail & trade customers. I know my customers value service & competitive pricing and so do I. I have been buying from Gerhards for approximately 5 years. Washer & Dryer, basement freezer and dishwasher. We just purchased a Refrigerator, Electric Range and combination Microwave & hood. My experiences with David in the Ardmore Store was top notch. His service and commitment were excellent. His follow thru superb. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. The delivery drivers John & Cesar were some of the best I have ever seen. They introduced themselves to me and removed the equipment from the boxes and very carefully removed the old and put in the new. Overall an extremely professional experience all around. That’s why I purchase from Gerhards.
