Gerhard's was awesome from start to finish for our purchase of a new washer and dryer as a gift for my mother. We ordered online and work with a sales rep by the name of Kim at first. Then we started to work with a sales rep by the name of Ian Chapin, and he was just plain awesome. Ian worked with us to ensure that the appliances that we ordered would fit through and go down stairs in a Philly Rowhouse. Over the last couple of days we have spoken to Ian several times, and he has also been so knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and friendly. We highly recommend Gerhard's to anyone who needs appliances. Both Kim and Ian should be commended for there hard work and great customer services skills.

My experience couldn't have been better. Easy to order my new dishwasher on line. Very organized system to schedule installation. I had to reschedule and they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Install team was very polite and efficient also wore masks and gloves and treated my home with respect. Great and personalized service! Gerry talked me through my options, reviewed the various features that were available on the models I was considering, and helped me come up with the right choice. Got delivery the next day and installation by a crew that was cognizant of the COVID-19 pandemic, both wearing masks and gloves. Sure, you might save a little by going to a Home Depot or Lowe's. Pay a few extra bucks for the expertise and service. You'll be glad you did!
