On behalf of Mr. Jeremy Mittman, he was very pleased with Gerhard's Appliance Inc. for his household's recent washer and dryer purchase. Working with Ian has been a real pleasure. His service was very efficient, prices reasonable and his company is of the highest caliber. Mr. Mittman would highly recommend Gerhard's Appliance for anyone in need of appliance and working with a quality store.

Ian Chapin is a wonderful customer service representative. Any appliance I have called looking for, he was able to assist me. He is also very pleasant to work with and prompt as well!!

We just purchased our second appliance form Gerhards in Glenside and the experience, all online, was very professional. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.

I made the rookie mistake of buying 3 appliances at Home Depot for a rental property because they were running a sale. On my way home something told me to call Ian Chapman just to make sure I got a good deal. Sure enough, Ian said he could save me over $400 on the same exact order and he did it in lightening speed. I’ll never be duped into a Lowes or Home Depot appliance sale ever again. Thanks Ian!

We have worked with Ian Chapin before, both times we could not have wanted more thorough and quick attention to our needs. Also, the technician who came prior to the installation of our dishwasher rates 5 stars also. Thanks to all, Nancyg

We were able to purchase a French Door LG refrigerator over the phone thanks to the wonderful sales rep, Adrianne. She took the time to check dimensions so that the new unit would fit in a limited space and walked us through the various choices. The item was in stock and delivery is scheduled for this week. I cannot praise Adrianne enough as she made a difficult situation no problem at all. We had purchased a new washer and dryer in February and knew that we'd be back for the refrigerator shortly. Thank you again, Gerhards!
