I am the kind of person who does their homework before ordering online, and I did so before ordering Christmas presents from Gerber-Tools.com. Overall, the reviews are impressive. Of course, there are the occasional negative reviews, but I know there are going to be with any company. Heck, no one is perfect. I decided to go ahead and have faith. I'm so glad I did! I ordered 4 different products, all with engraving. One of the names I had engraved has an unusual spelling. (Rick spelled without the "c" so it's Rik.) I received an email from customer service double checking that the spelling I input was correct. I really appreciated this because the name does look like a letter was left out, and it's nice to know a company pays that much attention to detail. My order, with engraving, went out the same day! I received it quickly, and in perfect condition. I will be ordering again for my son's birthday. Thanks!

i used a gerber gator pocket knife cutting some wood the pivot screw Broke......And i broke there 12inch manchete aswell chopping down a small treeO_O!??!The gerber guardian II if you out there behind the cpu has one of them trow it away where no one will find it or hang it on a wall and DONT EVER SWING IT PLZ! the blade can fly out of the handle and hit some one if you swing it!! the blade only goes and 2 inches ind to the handle!!What the hell were you thinking wen you made thes tools gerber!?!?! GERBER TOOLS SUCK!!! Buy your tools else where Plenty of other companys out there that has MUCH better tools

I ordered a simple gerber knife with laser engraving. Got the knife in good time but no engraving. They sure as heck had no problem charging me for it though. I tried to call the number on the website but that was for the actual Gerber company. They said they never gave permission to Two Point Enterprises to use or post their number and are sick of getting phone calls from their angry customers. Obviously they mess up a lot. So I had to search for the actual phone number on line and called it. That number was the company but could not help me just gave me a number for their customer service. But I call that and all I get is an answering machine and no return call. This company totally sucks Don't buy from them. Buy from someone with enough competence to get the order right or at least enough common courtesy to fix it when they mess up.
