What a great company I bought a gerber legend multi tool about 18 years ago and loved it using it for fishing DIY and gardening it's always on my belt. Unfortunately a part failed so I contacted Gerber UK who are asking a few questions and asked for a few pictures Sent out a replacement. Wow so the lifetime guarantee really is honored. What a brilliant company making fantastic products

I am the kind of person who does their homework before ordering online, and I did so before ordering Christmas presents from Gerber-Tools.com. Overall, the reviews are impressive. Of course, there are the occasional negative reviews, but I know there are going to be with any company. Heck, no one is perfect. I decided to go ahead and have faith. I'm so glad I did! I ordered 4 different products, all with engraving. One of the names I had engraved has an unusual spelling. (Rick spelled without the "c" so it's Rik.) I received an email from customer service double checking that the spelling I input was correct. I really appreciated this because the name does look like a letter was left out, and it's nice to know a company pays that much attention to detail. My order, with engraving, went out the same day! I received it quickly, and in perfect condition. I will be ordering again for my son's birthday. Thanks!
