Hey Karen. Thanks for your review. It looks like the email address you submitted through our contact form was invalid, so our team's initial responses were unable to get back to you. Once our team was able to determine your correct email address, we followed up and were able to resolve your issue. It sounds like the subscription your son generated also utilized an invalid email address for its account, which prevented access, update and receipt of our communications. One of our reps and a success lead attempted to work with you on your case, but we unfortunately didn't get any responses from you after your initial email. Our team is always happy to help customers one-on-one to ensure the products in their regimen work for their skin and budget, but we do need customer feedback and confirmation to dial things in. We communicate the length of the trial period throughout the purchasing journey, and encourage customers to update any membership preferences they might need from within their account or by reaching out to our support team prior to a new order. Once a new, regularly scheduled subscription order begins processing, we cannot make changes to it.
