I have struggled with oily skin and occasional breakouts for years, but Geologie's customized routine has made a huge difference. The products are gentle on my skin yet very effective. They also ask for your budget in the quiz so everyone can get their skin fixed! Great service!!

Poor customer service
I ordered these products, and it took several months to retrieve them. The products don't really work. Cancelled my subscription through help desk email and was advised that my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded my money only to be charged a month later. Tried contacting the company and was told to cancel my subscription online. I believe the customer service is subpar as well as their products. Not worth the money.

Your trial order with us did take a little longer than we would anticipate to deliver due to holiday delays -- about two weeks between December 6th and the 21st -- but not several months. And when your first full-sized order with us processed before you had a full trial period due to those delays, our team canceled, refunded and postponed that order for you to give you more time to decide whether or not you wanted to move forward with your membership. One of our support reps also applied a lifetime discount for you moving forward and shared additional details on how to go about rescheduling your next order with us, but it doesn't look like any account preferences were updated in that time. As a result, your next regularly scheduled full-sized regimen order processed with us three months later due to it still being on our default shipping schedule.
Our customers are always in the drivers seat, and we offer flexible account controls to update any preferences you might need along the way. Products can be changed in between orders, upcoming order dates can be manually adjusted and the subscription itself can be canceled outright at any time prior to a new order processing.
It looks like your membership has now been canceled moving forward, and our CSM is happy to help dial anything in regarding the regimen if there's a better set of products that can help you achieve the results you're looking for -- don't hesitate to ask.

DO NOT USE this company
DO NOT USE this company, unethical and deceiving practices. Order one thing and they will subscribe you to everything and not even let you know they shipped or charged your card and they make it an entire process to even unsubscribe. I went from a sample order to an order of over 250 dollars and the only reason I found out was through another company because even there site hides where your current orders are unless you're on your phone. STAY AWAY. There is also no customer service number you are at the mercy of when they contact you back via email.

We actually do not register any customers for a subscription unless they give explicit consent to receive recurring orders from us during checkout of an order. Our team communicates these subscription details transparently in a few places before, during and after checkout whenever a membership is involved. We outline the structure of how our subscriptions work during our skin type diagnostic, starting with a 30-day trial that rolls over into a larger-sized set, and we also detail associated ongoing costs there. It looks like you added on some additional products at a discount that are not typically included in our Complete Set, too, and we specifically called out there that refills would be included in future shipments as well.
Our customers are always in the drivers seat, though, and can update any membership preferences along the way that they might need through flexible account controls. Quality Products!
I started out using my boyfriend’s Geologie and it didn’t take long before I had my own product line up in my cabinet. Honestly, it wasn’t until the last few years that I started giving more thought to my skincare routine. I was all over the place trying to mix and match various products and active ingredients and I never figured out a routine or found something I felt actually made a difference. I am SUPER impressed with these products though. The whole system has you covered in a few, simple steps. I’ve really been enjoying some of their newer products too. The clay mask is actually my favorite - I don’t think I’ve ever used an exfoliator that made my skin so soft. I’ve noticed a difference since I’ve started using Geologie and I’m stoked to have found them!

Long time user….
I’ve been using Geologie products for a few years now and am constantly surprised at how they up the game with every new product they release. The sunscreen is effective, but not greasy or oily like a lot of other brands. I also just started using the clay mask and vitamin c serum and my skin looks and feels great.
