To be clear, our team communicates membership details transparently to any customer looking to purchase a personalized trial regimen with us in a variety of places during the purchasing journey. We first outline the trial period length and ongoing costs of our subscriptions after completion of our skin type diagnostic before then explicitly calling out the subscription on our checkout page. We do not set up a membership for recurring orders for customers unless they acknowledge these terms and manually consent to them by marking a check box prior to completing their purchase. We then address subscription terms once again in our order confirmation email and prompt customers to manage their preferences directly from their account page if they need to make any changes along the way. Customers can personally modify their preferences at any time in between orders and can also reach out to our support team for any needed assistance. Customers are also welcome to purchase from our site a la carte instead of subscribing if they'd prefer to order what they want, when they want it.
