I placed my order with GB, and a few days later, I received it. The package was good, and the ring was perfectly safe inside, but it was just a little too big for me, and unfortunately, the style wasn't for me. This was just a personal choice. So I reached out to GB, asking if I could try a free ring sizer, which they more than happily sent out. Then I asked for another style of ring, and what should I do with the current one? They said to hold on to it. Great trust. Two more rings later, and I found my wedding ring. GB's communication and service were faultless. I am extremely happy with them and would definitely order from again. Thank you GB

Ordered my husbands ring in march being the wrong size they told me to keep the ring and sent a new size with in 2 weeks. Fast forward to last week ring has become too small and sarah has been so understanding now sending a new size free of charge! They definitely stick to their word and been so helpful!

I ordered my first Gentlebands ring nearly a year ago and due to my own error, it was too big when I got it. I kept meaning to get it replaced, but it ended up taking me nearly a full year. i ordered a ring that was whiskey barrel and carbon fiber. I didnt realize it had a wooden whiskey barrel "sleeve" i contacted the company and Sarah the representative was great! She offered a different ring and explained the sleeve part. I had a beautful ring within a week that came with engraved customization! I was really pleased with their customer service.
