I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing... 7 months in and the wood has already disconnected from the metal. I'm sure they'll replace it but I would not recommend it.

Ordered a ring, arrived within a week to the UK but didn’t look like the photos. Emailed to return and was advised they would offer a free return or an exchange. I asked to return the ring for a full refund as stated on their website and have been met with further emails offering an exchange but no return details! It’s becoming a nightmare trying to return for the “free return” stated on their website! AVOID!

TERRIRBLLEEE. Been contacting for MONTHS, sent me nothing the first time, postage was faulty and was never delivered to me the second time and this time they send me the container WITH NO RING. Omg don’t waste your time !

The tracking info is useless. My order has been sitting in Compton California for SIX days says it is in transit to USPS!! We are in Phoenix AZ, what is going on? I get automated responses telling me to be patient. NEVER AGAIN!

After waiting 2 weeks the order was seized by government for fraudulent postage. Their response was something happened to your shipment in transit - we will ship you another one .

Would give it a zero if I could. If you are a legal representative, you need to sue this company. Probably a gold-mine of legal action against this horrible place. They definitely use fake pictures, seem to likely use child labor to make the rings or they bulk order them from a crap company that does. They use an AI bot as their "genuine human customer service". Disgusting company built on lies. I think that all of us need to realize that we cant be putting in high amounts of our money into anything online unless it is with a single person that you can communicate with directly. We all need to start calling around our local communities and finding unique jewelers, and keep our money at home. Screw these cheap online companies that care only for maximizing their profit. Really, starting to just see the internet purchasing realsm as worse than a cheap flee market. At least there you can talk to a human about your problems.

Please don’t order from this company I ordered a ring for my husband’s special 60 th birthday and did not get it. Total scam shut them down

Update: They sent me a parcel with an EMPTY BOX!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I would give them a 0 if I could. Stay away they are scammers. I ordered a ring came as promised, but I need a bigger size was told they would send out a new one correct size was told Aug 1 than told Aug 6 given a tracking number that does not work countless emails back and forth to be told be patient it is on it way rested assured they are tracking it for me. Sarah from customer service is not very helpfully still no ring having credit card charge reversed and will buy ring locally. Do not trust them
