For me the experience couldn't have been better. I made not 1 but 2 mistakes when I bought my ring. I was off a half size on the ring and I made a typo on the engraving (free btw). I reached out to explain how I screwed up. Quickly and with no questions asked they hooked me up with the correct ring. Highly recommend.

I ordered a ring for my husband, and it was delivered promptly and was just as advertised, a beautiful, high quality ring! Unfortunately we didn't measure correctly and it was too big. I contacted them and they immediately responded that they would replace it, even though it was our fault! Exceptional service and product, highly recommend.

I bought my Husband’s first wedding band back in August of last year for our wedding. Had him fitted at a local jewelry store. I went with the size they said. Got his ring in a very timely manner. We were blown away with the craftsmanship and quality of it. He got the Song Writer because he loves and plays music. Well it was a little big for him. So I settled for a silicone ring for a while. Then I remembered that they have a warranty on their products. I emailed the company and they were very quick and happy to respond! They ended up sending us a sizer so we could make sure this was correct! We went a size down, received the new ring in a week!! That’s right, a week!! And let me tell you it’s gorgeous, he loves it also. Now he can feel confident wearing it, without worrying about losing it. Customer service here is top notch. They are always willing to help and very pleasant. We will continue to purchase through them! Maybe anniversary gifts or just another beautiful ring for him to have. Thank y’all so much for the gorgeous craftsmanship and quality you provided.

I ordered a ring that was to small when it came. Customer service was great and mailed me a ring sizer to make sure we got a good fit. The new ring came quickly and fit perfectly. We also got to keep the ring that was to big. We love the carbon fiber design. Our wedding is soon and I can't wait.

This ring looks great! My (almost) husband loves it. I ordered in and it shipped in 4 days. The trees engraved on it look far better than the picture. The size was right and it fits perfect! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely order again in the future. I cant wait to say I do so he can wear it!

Ordered my wedding ring and it arrived too large. I emailed Gentle Bands back, and with a speedy reply, they mailed me their ring sizer. I replied accordingly, and they sent me another, engraved ring replacement at no charge...who does that anymore? We love the style and quality. Tremendous customer service and communication.
