Sarah from Gentlebands.com was amazing to work with! I ordered a new wedding band for my husband after he lost his in the ocean fishing. We didn't remember his ring size, so we chose to use an app (big mistake). Needless to say the ring was way too big due to the misinformation we received from the app. We then went to an actual jeweler to get his correct size. I then messaged gentlebands.com to request a new size and asked how to return the original ring. Sarah was amazing! She quickly replied that a new ring with the correct size was ordered and she told me not to worry about the return. The entire experience was so pleasant and it went far beyond traditional satisfactory! It was AMAZING! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I completely changed my mind about the engraving on my initial ring and had to change the size. I received quick communication about this issue and they assured me that the want to send a product I’m happy with. Not only did they not ask for my initial ring back (offered it as a free gift) the new ring was delivered a week later. And my gosh! The quality of the ring is stunning and I know my husband will wear it confidently. I would offer a choice in fonts for the free engraving, but 5 stars nonetheless. The ring fits great and is super durable. I left through a secure steel door and my ring accidentally scraped along its surface. I was worried the ring was damaged, but when I looked. It was the door that was scratched and my ring was fine!

Ring came in a reasonable time frame. It was a little too small so I emailed them to exchange and they replied promptly. hassle free and the new ring is already on route. will recommend this company to anyone.
