i can’t say enough good things about Gentlebands! i originally ordered my fiancé’s ring & had such a great experience with their customer service from the beginning. they were incredibly kind & helpful when i needed assistance tracking my order unfortunately, the ring ended up being too big for my fiancé (which was completely my fault, i didn’t size his finger correctly.) i reached out to let them know i would need to reorder it, & they offered to send me the correct size completely free of charge. they were so nice & understanding throughout the entire process, & the new ring arrived within a week & a half- even two days earlier than the estimated arrival! with my wedding coming up, i was so worried about getting the correct ring in time, & their kindness & willingness to help completely put me at ease. their customer service truly exceeded my expectations & on top of that, the quality of the ring is incredible! the design is so cool, & the ring itself is just absolutely stunning. i couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out thank you so much to the Gentlebands team for making this experience so easy & stress free. i would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique ring & an amazing company to purchase from! 💖

Absolutely amazing experience. I ordered my now husband’s ring back when we were engaged. After the wedding we realized that the ring did not fit as well as we had hoped with his fingers changing do to everyday life tasks & we needed a half size bigger than I originally bought. I reached out to the company to see about a replacement being that they offer a lifetime warranty. The company responded so quickly & offered to send me a sizing kit to verify the correct size before sending a replacement. They were able to replace the ring for a bigger size at no cost to me. Amazing service, I 100% would buy from them again and I recommend them to everyone!

Excellent experience. Ordered my husband’s wedding band and it ended up being slightly too big. Emailed the company and they are sending a replacement for free with no need to send the original ring back. They responded to every email I sent within minutes. 10/10 customer service.

Excellent customer service! Ordered my fiancés wedding band on this site (which was from an Instagram ad). The wedding planning, as everyone knows, can be sooo stressful. My finances band came in a very timely manner and is absolutely gorgeous! We had some size issues which were handled quickly and with ease. Excellent product and customer service experience! :)

I bought my wedding band through Gentlebands and my oh my! They are amazing. Great product, fast delivery and very responsive team. I had a few questions that needed answering and the team were right on top of it, all times of the day. Can't recommend them enough.
