Great customer service and the ring is beautiful! I ordered a wedding ring in the size that I was measured to be. When it arrived, it was slightly too big. I emailed them and told them about it and received a response fairly quickly. I also wanted to add the engraving and told them what I wanted it to say. They made a new one and got it sent to my before my wedding day with no extra charge. I highly recommend!

EDIT.... 29/10/24 I'm not sure what is going on with reading reviews but I'm wondering if its other companies trying to sabotage a business because Ive just received the replacement engraved ring with no delay, ans great communication throughout (No im not a relative or work for this company) Wow!!! What a fantastic company. I've recently purchased an engraved ring, and my error of ordering the wrong size Sarah replied with a quick response and I'm awaiting replacement with no charge. Ring itself was faultless Customer Service outstanding.

I ordered my ring from gentlebands a few weeks ago. I wanted something a bit different and had it printed with an inscription. The invoice came through and the ring arrived within the time the company had stated. It looks like good quality and is exactly what I wanted. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size so I emailed the support team who first sent me a ring resizer and then offered for me to keep my existing ring and they will send the correct sized one for no extra charge. I have read other reviews about pricing etc and have to disagree, the customer service I have received has been excellent and I would recommend gentlebands to anyone. They have responded to each of my emails within the same day and I’m in England so there is always going to be a time difference. The sizing issue wasn’t there fault and being offered a free replacement wasn’t something I expected. The ring I ordered is great quality and exactly what I wanted.

Hi I ordered the Star Trek ring for my husband in June in time for our August wedding anniversary, it arrived in good time, well packaged and engraved. I was over the moon as some reviews of the company had been quite poor. I would order from them again and the ring is stunning and he gets compliments all the time. We are in England so I allowed enough time for the ring to be delivered in case it needed to be amended or changed.

I had to cancel my order and their response was really quick and positive. The next day I already had my refund and the cancellation of the order. Excellent service!

I ordered a ring and (my mistake) was the wrong size. Emailed them the next day received a response. They said: No worries, send us the correct size and we will send another out. There was no additional charge. Completely satisfied with the company.

Awesome! I found this company via a Facebook Ad and saw they made some amazing rings, so chose my favourite and placed an order. I followed the size guidelines but somehow got it so wrong ordering a ring that was way too big for me. Sarah at customer service was amazing at sending me out one of their ring sizers so I could get an exact fit and replaced the ring with my correct size as quickly as possible.. Highly recommended
