Do NOT purchase. This place is a drop shipper and not as they represent themselves. The items they represent on their website are not close to what they send. The ring we ordered and the ring that was sent was nowhere close to this. Reached out regarding the issue, they said we could keep the ring, and they would sent a new one. This came through China post, no worries, but we wanted the represented ring. The second ring was the same wrong ring. When contacted again, they said that it was due to angles and lighting and that I must of miss understood what I was getting. When reaching out again to insist on a refund they referenced a different site, so many drop shippers are tied to this site.

I got the interlock for my fiancée, and let me just say the ring looks nothing like the ring they have advertised. In the picture on their website, it has two real fishing hooks interlocked with fishing line tied to each end and the fishing line going all the way around the ring. Well what we have is two fake fishing hooks, and a drawn on fishing line that doesn't even match up with the hooks. I contacted customer service and they just apologized and had no explanation as to why it looks that way and offered us a free different ring in return. My fiancée is so disappointed he doesn't even want a different one and I don't blame him. Our explanation is its 100% a scam, don't waste your money as the rings posted are $150 and more.

The "meteorite" in my titanium and meteorite ring is a printed piece of paper. To add insult to injury, the titanium is tungsten carbide! This is outright fraud. Good luck with the FTC.

Honestly when I ordered my ring back a little bit ago these horrible reviews did not exist. Everything I read everywhere was this company is great. Well I am not very few days from my wedding and way out passed the shipping window and I have received no information on this ring. It is still sitting at some shipping facility that it has been sitting at for 10 days with no movement. I contacted customer support and they simply said we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you we sent a message to the shipping company. I am very frustrated and disappointed I hope to have more of an idea soon. Please if you enjoy your sanity don’t order from here.

Process went as followed: * immediate email after putting in the order saying the item is custom made when website said it was in stock and I could either wait 60 days or get a refund * opt to wait for the ring since I had time * periodicly checked in to confirm where they were in the process * get assured that the ring is being made * later get an email that it is "out of stock" and the only option is to get a refund * never get refunded Edit: After seeing the response I forgot to mention they moved the ring I selected from their website listings altogether as if it never existed. I told them I was willing to wait even longer, but they ignored me and told me they could only offer a refund which I had to issue a chargeback for since they never followed through.

"Customer Service" email correspondence is a nightmare. The ring quality was awful. I purchased a meteorite ring, but what arrived was not real meteorite, but a poor quality imitation. The ring also did not fit. Very disappointed and I'm still fighting with customer service to recieve a refund and return the ring. This website is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I ordered a Gentlebands ring for my partner. In between the time of ordering the ring and receiving the ring, we broke up. Their return policy made it seem like there would be no issue for a return. So I waited to receive the ring. I received the box yesterday and to my surprise, there was no ring. The only thing in the box were 2 cards, one of which was an inspection card and the other was something like a business/brand card. Nice box, nice cards but NO RING! So I immediately reached out to customer service via email (no phone - total red flag) with a picture of what came (no ring). They responded several hours ago to ask me to thoroughly look thru the box (it’s 3 inches big wow) and to pull out the “interlayer” to see if the ring was there. I already did that before reaching out. When I let them know that, they responded with a “sorry for the inconvenience to you”. They continued with “this ring is in stock now, if you are willing to wait, we will resend it to you as soon as possible”. Are you kidding me? How are these people in business? I asked again for a full refund and am awaiting a response but I am NOT a happy person right now. Great website - horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE! ***Update - I just received an email that they issued my refund and I should see it in 3-5 days. That makes me feel better but I will be hesitant to purchase again in the future!
