What a joke! I got mailed a tie wrap. I paid $166 for this ring and I got scammed big-time. I will never order anything online again that means something. Dirty trick.

Advertising is false, stating the bands are based out of Seattle Washington. My order just tracked as leaving China. Will be demanding an immediate refund for false advertising, false purchase order. Keep in mind, it is impossible to hold a Chinese company to keeping a lifetime warranty on a product. So buy local, buy North American-made.

Their business address is a random house. If you reverse image search their rings Temu pops and the rings are $2 to $20. Don't say stuff is handmade by jewelers if you are buying from fast fashion China.

Absolutely fake. Liars. Can't reach anyone in the company. STAY AWAY.

Total trash! Ring looks nothing like the photo used for advertising. It's like a cheap Wish version of a high quality ring. Reading all of these negative reviews has me real worried that they will not honor the 30 day full return policy. Nonetheless I have reached out via email. I should have know that a quality ring could not be bought for $180. I would have had better luck going to Walmart!

If you need your ring on time DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I always make sure to read my fellow reviewers before commenting to make sure we are all on the same page. I order my ring on 10/09; paid for the expedited shipping, seeing as I wanted to surprise and do something cute for my fiancé. They replay back to my a few days later, stating that because blah blah blah of the importance of the ring its going to be an extra 20 days. I decided since I did like the ring so much that I could wait, but requested that I of course have my expedited fee back. NOPE. Just nothing. I'm literally counting days at this point; seeing our anniversary is only a few days away, and as the 20 days pass and turn into 26, I contact them... Which another day passes, and they reply with oh because of the delicacy blah blah blah of the ring its going to be an extra 15 days... **face slap** Am I going to get it by Christmas at this point?! It arrived not 15 days later, not 20...but it arrived...all fees and amounts accounted for as all. Its not worth the money, the quality is not there and you would NOT have been able to tell if they picked it our of a barrel of 100 of them... All I'm saying is they are absolutely 100% not worth the time, energy or hassle. This is a time you want to ENJOY and have support through. I went back and forth between so many other recommended websites, and sadly I chose this one. Don't make that mistake.

PSA - This company is 100% based in China, and stealing USA ring company photos and copyrighted material from other legitimate jewelry store websites. These Chinese tricksters are doing what China often loves to do, steal from hard working Americans! If this was an American company, they would be in court for their felonious practices, but you can’t do anything internationally without a ton of money to sue them with. They sent a ring that didn’t look at all like what we ordered. My red flag went up and then I started investigating. I found that they were in China, no wonder the ring shipped through China Post. Try the customer service too, they respond at 3am central time. You can’t talk to anyone, their phone number is bogus and goes to a Google VOIP line. They make it seem like they are a hip company with a USA team and supporting family workshops. This is a bunch of lies. Buyer beware!!!

SCAM!!!!!! I ordered a ring and paid 15$ extra for 2-3 day delivery. It’s been 2 weeks now and NO RING. I contacted them and they said to contact someone else and if they can’t help I would get a refund. And so I did and told them that the ring is no where. They have stopped replying to me now. Please research and do not purchase anything from this fake company.
