The phone barely works
The phone barely works! It barely holds a charge! And the phone is slow slow slow!!! The speakers are not loud enough!

The set up of the phone was very easy
The set up of the phone was very easy. I can hear really well when I receive calls. I haven't had any problems using this device at all.

Data leaves quick
Data leaves quick, and never restored, have to use wifi .....

Hi B.J., The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. Lifeline plans include a set amount of data that resets each month. If it’s not refreshing as expected, our Care team can take a look. If you’re using it up quickly, you can also upgrade starting at $10/month for more data.
