It is a really good light Being able to adjust the brightness and colour tone. Easy on the eyes Easy to install. Only set back it showed up all the dust so my wife had to clean her desk 😂

The product I received was materially misrepresented - the size and overall build were nothing like what was advertised. I contacted the company immediately to request a refund, which is a basic expectation when an item is not as described. Since then, I have attempted to contact them through every channel available: • Multiple emails to every listed email address • Direct messages on Facebook • Outreach on Instagram Despite all of this, I have received zero response. No acknowledgment. No resolution. No customer support whatsoever. At this point, the issue is no longer just about a misrepresented product — it’s about a company that ignores customers entirely once they’ve taken your money. The complete silence across email and social media shows a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. If this company handled issues responsibly, this review wouldn’t exist. Unfortunately, being ignored after multiple good-faith attempts leaves no other option but to warn others. Proceed with extreme caution.

Love FlexiDesk Plus: It arrived on time and turned out to be all that it promised. Sometimes, on cold mornings, it's nice to cuddle up in bed with some paperwork or laptop and the FlexiDesk makes this so easy and comfortable.

Purchased this for my 12 year old granddaughter. She easily assembled it and loves it. This is a perfect substitute for a desk. Order was received as promised. I highly recommend this product.

I bought a Genion space lamp in July 2024. I loved it. Worth the $150 for convenience and versatility. Unfortunately, that lamp failed at the end of July 2025. The main bulb died, and there is no way to replace the bulb. Genion kindly replaced the lamp after I sent in a video. I was quite happy as light bulbs should last much longer than a year. However, not even 3 months after receiving the new lamp, it failed again. Unacceptable. Genion said it was outside the warranty and I was on my own. What lamb/bulb stops working this quickly? Inferior product. Save your money.

Great products and great customer support

I very much enjoy my new standing desk. It is light weight and easy to move, is well appointed with light, drawer, place for both laptop and iPad. I like the adjustability in height and angle. Got rid of my old heavy desk and replaced it with this one. I am very satisfied!

Good design, well made. Great quality. Would be good if the supports can also be adjusted laterally.
