Absolutely love the lumbar support when working at my desk. The comfort and support is perfect with long consecutive days behind the keyboard. Customer service was extremely attentive, when I wanted to upgrade after the fact.

Product overpriced but ok, a bit wobbly. Only bought it because of a 'buy one get one free' offer - but this was misleading as the 'one free' was a back cushion, not another table. Reached out to them but their response was that they were sorry and would try to make it clearer in the future.

OMG I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT THIS NOW! I LOVE my laptop desk, I have been working on my back deck on my Sunlounge all week since I got it, getting fresh air and giving the dog company, while I have everything I need at my fingertips! The right size, slides well over towels or manchester to adjust location, adjusts easily for height, although a bit rough in the movement when adjusting tilt so don't have cups of tea or anything else balanced precariously on there when you flick the levers open. I do think it needs to be deeper, then the day after mine arrived and I was loving it so much, and I was enjoying the back rest so much I decided to get my husband one, I ended up on the US site instead of the AU site and noticed there is a deeper one (and no smaller one at all available on that site, or the back supports either???). I would have loved the deeper one because I use a SurfaceProX and the back screen flap can't be moved to a very usable position on the short desk, it literally fell off three times and hit me in the chins. So, it's great for a laptop that doesn't need a kickstand to hold the screen up like a SurfacePro does, but if you have a SurfacePro then it won't fit it properly, you can't open it up and stand it up at a level that is useful to view it and type on it. But I still love it, and now just try to use my Laptop on it instead (not idealy but still ok). Another handy tip is it's great for holding snacks on the couch! Cheese platter and crackers and dip and plates, plenty of room! (Just set the tilt right first, don't adjust when it's loaded up or you'll be wearing what's on top). I LOVE the lamp too, OMG I love it so much I just bought another one and it arrived today! It clips on large thick desks easily, love the adjustable settings and the adjustable light tone. When charged it lasts for ages, it hasn't run out yet, and I've been using it for several nights for hours. Love the product, need a deeper desk to AU with smoother tilt adjustment and I'll be buying another one!
