There is only one thing that I dislike
There is only one thing that I dislike; but big times: The lamp is nice and stylish. Unfortuntately this gets totally ruined because there is a huge logo of "GENION" written all accross the lamp. I didn't buy an advertising item, but a lamp for my personal use.

Lamp burnout
I loved this lamp, but the power adaptor burned out after a couple of weeks and even though I have tried the lamp with other, working adaptors, it's entirely unresponsive. Very disappointing. I notice another Australian has had the same experience so I think international buyers should be aware that an American appliance may not work in their country.

Bought 2x DualGlow Anchor Lamps in late April 2024, and by early July they were both no longer working. Issue with not powering on. Tried different power cords in case it was the power adapters, but still didn't work.

The best light source when WFH
Wonderful solidly built light and it’s easy to install and use. Really prompt arrival and it already makes a difference when I’m working from home.

Simple to use
Simple to use Instructions clear. Light is bright, without being blinding. Adjustment sensible. Loses a point as it replaced a now broken anglepoise, and in comparison the jointing is a bit slack and awkward. Overall works well as both a desk and media light.

I bought the desk lamp from them and it is flimsy, doesn’t move around easily, the operating buttons are fiddly to use and I want to return it. But I have to pay for postage to America at £80. Do not buy this product.
