I could probably land an airplane with this lamp. I am a quilter and appreciate the options with the lamp - positions and intensity to better see the area in which I am working.

I had to drive 45 minutes and pay £7 delivery charge despite being told « free shipping ». Royal Mail said the sender had not paid any postage

We are sorry for any inconvenience. After our investigation, it's a miscellaneous payment. The reason is that it's a medium parcel but our carrier sent it as a small parcel. No worry, we've already issued the £7 refund to your account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

First off, the customer service is fantastic. I had a small issue and it was taken care of easily and quickly. The Genion lamp is everything that it is advertised to be. I am so happy with this purchase. The lighting is perfect for my Zoom meetings. Thank you so much for a great product and great service. I will be a longstanding customer. 🩵

Returns are to the USA so a huge cost of anything is wrong. They offered me a 20% refund and to keep the lamp, but I can’t use it and so I want all my money back. Sending to the USA seems like a con/ploy to make you keep the item as the label on the package I received actually says the return address is in Cannock in the West Midlands!?

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern. While we strive to make returns as seamless as possible, the return address for our products should manage through the US warehouse. We understand that this may feel inconvenient. We take each feedback and even criticism with respect and actively work hard to clarify your concerns. We appreciate your understanding and we are here to help with any further questions you may have.

It is a good product. It is hard to find the perfect light and you need to adjust it throughout the day as the light shifts. Also, can glare in your eyes contrary to selling points and you have to regularly adjust. Better than the lamp I was using before for sure.

Great illumination. I can see everything in the vicinity of my desk much clearer now. The one I bought for my wife makes it easier to see her knitting. I would have liked to mount mine on a vertical section of my desk and that is not possible because of the bottom freely rotating joint. That's why I didn't rate it 5 Stars.
