I needed a quick and simple way to take care of my medical needs and order a prescription I previously had experience with. I was able to be seen by General Medicine within the hour via their chat function and had my prescription sent directly to my pharmacy within the next hour. I paid my pharmacy benefit provider's standard price for the medication and my standard copay for the visit. Other services offering the medication I was looking for wanted to tie me into a monthly subscription that was much higher priced. I highly recommend General Medicine for ease of use, easy access and great customer service. Thanks!

Fantastic experience! My NP was warm, friendly and listened to my needs. I loved how fast the process was and how great the platform was to use. I requested an appt and was scheduled and seen within an hour. And they take insurance! I was very surprised to have such a great experience for a telehealth appt. I’ll definitely use the service again!

I had a virtual appointment recently and it went great. Everything was completely smooth from start to finish. It was simple and easy to schedule, and the doctor was able to take care of me and diagnose exactly what I needed. The whole process was just smooth, easy, and simple. I couldn't ask for anything different!
