I scheduled an appointment requesting a normal lab. The doctor never told me I needed to fast for the lab. The only warning to fast was buried in the last part of a text message that I received on the weekend.

The doctors I spoke to really tried to help me and DID! I needed a new refill of Fluconazole due to a skin fungus. Unfortunately, the first medication didn't work for me, so the doctors with General Medicine wrote me another prescription (without charge). The pharmacy had many issues filling the prescriptions due to their own negligence, so I had to speak with another doctor with General Medicine. I spoke with 3 or 4 doctors here and wasn't charged for the issue. I really appreciate them working with me to get the medication I needed. Eventually with them working with me, I finally received Fluconazole tablet that will clear up this issue. I really appreciate the team at GeneralMedicine.Co!

If you care about your health at all do not use this service. The doctors do not care about you, your time or how much pain you might be in. They only care about your money. I paid for a consultation for a painful ear infection. The first person I spoke to did not believe I had an ear infection and thought I had a buildup of earwax and told me I had to purchase a otoscope to get pictures of my inner ear. So I purchased the otoscope and sent the photos. No earwax, just an ear infection like I originally said. I never heard from that person again. The next day I heard from someone new who confirmed my ear infection diagnoses and came up with a prescription for me. They never sent the prescription! I talked back and forth with random people/automated systems for days trying to get the prescription sent to my pharmacy all while my ear got worse and worse. They never ended up sending the prescription or responding to me.

Worst experience . I had an appointment scheduled for 9am. I got a text saying the clinical is reviewing and visit will start soon . Then nothing happens . No follow up nothing . This is just a joke . Look elsewhere

First time using this service for bad ear ache. Had a video visit with Dr. and was told to use Claritin and prescribed prednisone if needed. I was surprised that Claritin actually helped. For this visit I felt it was worth it. Feeling better today. Dr. did check back yo see how I was doing. I have no complaints. Will use again.

The fast food of healthcare, except you don't even get the benefit of it being less money. They will only give you 90 days of your prescription even if you've been on it for years and require a 100 dollar virtual visit to continue without insurance. If you want to pay these guys every few months, this is the place for you. A prescription subscription service! Hooray! Oh and you will not get to pick your pharmacy unless it's one of the expensive in person ones like CVS! No option for affordable online pharmacies. Have fun giving your money away in order to stay on your meds! Loved giving these guys a 30 dollar donation that could have gone to saving for an actual PCP.

I booked and paid for a telehealth visit and had confirmation. I logged on to the zoom call to do the meeting and I sat staring at a blank screen for 10 minutes. Then the Doctor finally came on said they were having issues and waited another 5 minutes staring at a blank screen. Then he came on and said they could not confirm that I had made the payment and therefore they could not do the meeting. They then asked for a screenshot of the payment. However, I'm thinking since they confirmed the meeting it should have been all good. However, that was not the case. The doctor proceeded to let me know that because there wasn't $100 payment made or they couldn't verify it, they could no longer do the call. So I wasted 20 minutes for nothing.
