Easy to purchase, good shipping options via Fed Ex (can hold at office and not deliver to home so my wife did not see it.) Very please with the item I purchased, great quality and nice to get a designer piece at such a good price.

I was disappointed when I opened the box. I received the wrong ring. The order number was correct, but the ring I received was not the one pictured, not the one I wanted. Tiffany with customer service was very helpful. I returned the ring.

Customer Service Personnel very courteous knowledgeable and helpful. Love watching Chomia and Dan. One thing though, last weekend phones jammed, I wanted to purchase online while Chomia and Dan were on with FREE shipping....well couldn't. online wouldn't accept my purchase if I didn't indicate shipping charge. After 4 tries I desisted from trying or buying at all.
