Gemalgo excels at signing up clients, connecting their system to customer trading platforms and responding to emails. Over the first two months the system performance was in line with ETF performance. However, there is no hefty license fee to invest in an ETF. The app and website do not give insight into the win and loss rates as well as total realized losses. They seem to be working on an update for that basic information. The stocks the algo trades are not the type established institutions accumulate despite this being the first thing gemalgo advertises on their website. One in my case was YMM a chinese ADR stock. Another was a penny stock WBUY the algo bought and sold on the same day incurring a 20% loss. If you are ready to have between 10000$ and 25000$ locked in the algo for a 12-month period to meet their refund eligibility (satisfaction guarantee) do not proceed. Read their terms frequently (bottom of their website) to make sure that you always have the required amount invested continuously for 12 months to meet refund eligibility. This amount can change from week to week. It is not a recommended minimum as their reply suggests. Follow up: Gemalgo has cancelled my license which was to expire in the year 2075. I have all my documentation which I will submit to trustpilot. There was no requirement to have funds on deposit to keep my license active. I demand to be refunded immediately. My account number is 26141799.

Hi Carlo, Thank you for the detailed feedback. A few clarifications for anyone reading. On reporting: today we emailed a full account performance report to the address on file. It includes your account summary, open positions, realized profit and loss, and the complete closed trade log for your period to date, with every completed trade shown alongside its result. If it has not arrived, our support team will resend it immediately. You are right that in-app win and loss reporting is an area we are improving, and that work is underway. On the single trade you mention: a percentage move on one position is not a percentage move on an account. Orion caps exposure to any single name at roughly 4% of account equity, so a 20% move against one position works out to under 1% of account value. That is exactly what the position sizing rules are built to do, and it is why the system is designed to be judged as a portfolio rather than by any individual trade. On stock selection: Orion is a quantitative system. It evaluates thousands of U.S. listed securities against statistical and technical criteria rather than by brand recognition. Orion's live verified track record, including full trade history and the applicable disclosures, is published and independently viewable at https://marketlogs.io. That is the strategy record. Your individual account report, which reflects your own entry timing and positions, is the document we emailed you today. Past performance is not indicative of future results. On your capital: GemAlgo does not hold or lock client funds. Orion runs inside your own regulated brokerage account, your capital stays in your name, and our access is execution only with withdrawal permissions structurally disabled. The $25,000 figure is a recommended minimum to deploy the strategy, not money held by us. You can pause the algorithm or move your capital whenever you choose. The 12 month period applies to eligibility under our Satisfaction Guarantee on the software license, disclosed before purchase, because a systematic strategy is meant to be evaluated across multiple market environments rather than a two month window. We would welcome a call to walk through your report line by line. Please reach out to our support team and we will get it scheduled. The GemAlgo Team
