Live account results were significantly lower than posted results. I do not think posted/claimed results are achievable in a live account. Would not recommend.

Most people don't lose money in the markets because they lack information. They lose because they're emotional. Reactive. Inconsistent.GemAlgo solves that.We built an automated trading platform that removes the human element entirely — no emotion, no guesswork, no screen-watching. Our proprietary AI-driven algorithms trade US stocks and equities automatically, on fully regulated US brokers, executing with the kind of discipline and consistency that no individual trader can maintain over time. The clients who come to us aren't traders. They're professionals, business owners, and investors who want intelligent market exposure without making it a second job. GemAlgo gives them that — a systematic, data-driven process running in the background while they focus on everything else. The platform is built around capital preservation first. During periods of volatility, the system pulls back. During opportunity, it executes. No promises, no noise — just a repeatable process grounded in data.Transparency is non-negotiable. Clients know what to expect, have access to clear reporting, and are supported by a team that answers questions. Results vary. Markets carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. But the edge isn't a hot tip or a prediction. The edge is the system.

Not a good experience with these people! They fail to explain certain troubles you might run into and are not very responsive to complaints! Performance has not been good and in fact I believe I am in negative to miniscule results to date!

My futures account is down about $1,000. My equities account is down. I reach out to them through WhatsApp and do not get responses. The last time the futures algo traded was mid-August. I've been with them about six months now, and it's just losses. I would expect to get a return on my investment by now, but I don't even get responses from them most of the time. If my experience changes in the near future, I will edit this post to reflect the changes.

Hi Vickie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding recent trading performance and communication, and we take your concerns seriously. As with any trading strategy, periods of drawdown are expected, and short-term performance does not always reflect the longer-term objectives of a systematic trading approach. However, we recognize that timely communication and ongoing support are equally important. Our team has been in communication with you through WhatsApp, including a response today addressing your account concerns, trading performance, and support needs. Sofia, your dedicated client support representative, has already reached out to you via WhatsApp and will also be calling you today to provide additional assistance, address your questions, and ensure you receive timely updates and ongoing technical support regarding GemAlgo's software and services. Additionally, GemAlgo recently announced the release of GemAlgo Select, our newest U.S. equities strategy, along with an upgraded client dashboard. We have shared these details with you and are happy to assist with transitioning your software connection if requested. Our priority is to provide transparent communication, responsive support, and continued improvements to our trading technology. While no trading strategy can guarantee profits or eliminate losses, we remain committed to supporting our clients through different market conditions. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to address your concerns directly. Risk Disclosure: Past performance does not guarantee future results. Performance information may include live trading, backtested, and simulated results. Backtested and simulated results are hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading conditions. All trading involves risk, including the potential loss of principal. Best regards, GemAlgo Client Success Team www.gemalgo.com

Hi Rick, Thank you for your feedback. After receiving your review, our team reached out and spoke with you directly to go over your concerns and our refund policy, which is outlined in the terms each client agrees to at checkout. We appreciated the conversation and your understanding. We also emailed you today with information about our new GemAlgo Select algorithm, which you asked about on October 8. We remain committed to supporting you and getting you the most out of the software. If you have any further questions, please contact us anytime at [email protected]. Best regards, GemAlgo Client Success Team

This company has broken my trust because I asked repeatedly for calls with the software developers to understand the algorithm and how it is picking stocks. I was informed that it would be "Capital Preservation" only and the algorithm definitely picked stocks that performed poorly and was hit with sudden losses in my brokerage account right away. This is not what I signed up for and is considered a material mispresentation and is a breach of contract. The merchant also continues to lie repeatedly with a lower account value that has never been in my account. I started the WeBull account value with approximately $13750 and as of today (9/4/2026) my account value is $13649 which presents approximately a $100 net decline in the account. GemAlgo keeps lying to me and will not be tolerated. I no longer need your services because you have broken trust and I'm very dissatisfed with the customer service repeatedly ignoring my requests for advanced customer service support.

Some context belongs at the top of this response. After this review was posted, Raul proposed in writing that it would be removed in connection with receiving compensation from GemAlgo. We declined. GemAlgo does not pay for the removal, alteration, or suppression of any review, whatever it says. That correspondence has been preserved and we reserve all rights. We would ask readers to weigh everything below with that in mind. On the relationship itself, Raul approached GemAlgo three or four times before purchasing, and more than one representative decided not to move forward. A colleague ultimately chose to accommodate him and provide access to the software. On the account figures. Raul has two brokerage accounts connected to the software, and both sit below GemAlgo's stated $10,000 minimum account requirement. The August 26 report for one account shows: Deposited: $7,655.55 Realized P&L: -$15.48 Floating P&L: +$2.48 Portfolio value: $7,642.55 Net difference from deposits: approximately -$13 A brokerage screenshot Raul sent us himself shows a combined account value of $13,648.61 with a single day's P&L of -$3.13, one account at +$1.72 and the other at -$4.85. Those are his own broker's figures, not ours. A review describing sudden losses and a company lying about account values reads differently against a variance of roughly thirteen dollars. On "capital preservation." That term describes the strategy's risk management approach. It is not a promise that every trade wins or that an account cannot decline in value. The strategy has historically produced winning trades roughly 48% of the time, so losing trades and negative stretches are a normal part of its record. Any historical average monthly figure is exactly that, historical, and is not a promised or guaranteed return. On access to developers. Support is provided by our customer success team. Direct access to engineers is not part of the product for any client, and that was communicated. GemAlgo takes legitimate complaints seriously. We are responding publicly only because the account records tell a materially different story than this review does. GemAlgo is a software and technology provider, not an investment adviser. Nothing in this response constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Performance information may include historical, backtested, simulated, or live strategy data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual results vary and trading involves risk of loss.

I am very unsatisfied with Gem algo. I tried them believing that they were a reputable company with a guarantee. I was hopeful and let them trade my IRA in my Webull account. I gave it 3 months. I would see winning and loosing trades. $75k account. The max win and gain during that time was about 1.5 percent. At the end of 3 months I was still at $75k. They claimed a gain in that time frame but they don't account for your open trades. I had 6 open position with losses ranging from 10 to 30% totaling about $2K. I closed all my positions. I'm done with Gem Algo. The 3 months prior to Gem algo I gained 7% with my own trading. The 3 months I used Gem Algo the S&P went up 8%. Bottom line it was a waist of time. Time is money so I am considering it a loss. I reached out to customer support to disconnect my account a get a refund. I did it as a trial as agreed with the salesman. I have no signed agreement. Gem Algo just ignored me. The phone number is useless. The email also got me nowhere. I finally had to act like a new customer to get a response. My refund request was denied. Their terms of guarantee are meant to protect Gem algo not the consumer. Once again I do not believe I signed a agreement. So it looks like I'm just out my money and time.

Three months of data isn’t a verdict on a trading system, and our terms say so before anyone pays. Here’s the full context. Our guarantee is 12 months by design, not by accident. Algorithmic strategies are built to work across a full market cycle, which includes flat stretches, drawdowns, and periods where a strategy trails an index before it leads one. That’s why our Terms define a 12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee requiring 12 consecutive months of use under the conditions set out in those Terms, rather than a 90-day trial. We’d rather set that expectation honestly up front than sell a short window we don’t believe in. On the specifics: the license was purchased through our online checkout, where the Terms and Conditions were presented and agreed to before payment. No separate signed paper contract is required. The account was disconnected at roughly the three month mark, which is why the refund request fell outside the guarantee. Two clarifications on performance. Open positions fluctuate until they close, so unrealized gains and losses are not the same as completed trade results. And past performance never guarantees future results, in either direction. We also want to address the claim that you were ignored, Brian. Our records show multiple exchanges with you across onboarding, support, and the refund request itself. The request was reviewed and answered. The answer wasn’t the one you wanted, which we understand is frustrating, but it wasn’t silence. You’re entitled to stop using the software and to share your experience. If you want to walk through your account history and the applicable terms with someone directly, email [email protected] or visit gemalgo.com/support and we’ll set that up. For anyone else reading: our terms are published before checkout, our guarantee window is 12 months because that’s the horizon a system should be judged on, and we apply that standard the same way for every client. Gemalgo excels at signing up clients, connecting their system to customer trading platforms and responding to emails. Over the first two months the system performance was in line with ETF performance. However, there is no hefty license fee to invest in an ETF. The app and website do not give insight into the win and loss rates as well as total realized losses. They seem to be working on an update for that basic information. The stocks the algo trades are not the type established institutions accumulate despite this being the first thing gemalgo advertises on their website. One in my case was YMM a chinese ADR stock. Another was a penny stock WBUY the algo bought and sold on the same day incurring a 20% loss. If you are ready to have between 10000$ and 25000$ locked in the algo for a 12-month period to meet their refund eligibility (satisfaction guarantee) do not proceed. Read their terms frequently (bottom of their website) to make sure that you always have the required amount invested continuously for 12 months to meet refund eligibility. This amount can change from week to week. It is not a recommended minimum as their reply suggests. Follow up: Gemalgo has cancelled my license which was to expire in the year 2075. I have all my documentation which I will submit to trustpilot. There was no requirement to have funds on deposit to keep my license active. I demand to be refunded immediately. My account number is 26141799.

Hi Carlo, Thank you for the detailed feedback. A few clarifications for anyone reading. On reporting: today we emailed a full account performance report to the address on file. It includes your account summary, open positions, realized profit and loss, and the complete closed trade log for your period to date, with every completed trade shown alongside its result. If it has not arrived, our support team will resend it immediately. You are right that in-app win and loss reporting is an area we are improving, and that work is underway. On the single trade you mention: a percentage move on one position is not a percentage move on an account. Orion caps exposure to any single name at roughly 4% of account equity, so a 20% move against one position works out to under 1% of account value. That is exactly what the position sizing rules are built to do, and it is why the system is designed to be judged as a portfolio rather than by any individual trade. On stock selection: Orion is a quantitative system. It evaluates thousands of U.S. listed securities against statistical and technical criteria rather than by brand recognition. Orion's live verified track record, including full trade history and the applicable disclosures, is published and independently viewable at https://marketlogs.io. That is the strategy record. Your individual account report, which reflects your own entry timing and positions, is the document we emailed you today. Past performance is not indicative of future results. On your capital: GemAlgo does not hold or lock client funds. Orion runs inside your own regulated brokerage account, your capital stays in your name, and our access is execution only with withdrawal permissions structurally disabled. The $25,000 figure is a recommended minimum to deploy the strategy, not money held by us. You can pause the algorithm or move your capital whenever you choose. The 12 month period applies to eligibility under our Satisfaction Guarantee on the software license, disclosed before purchase, because a systematic strategy is meant to be evaluated across multiple market environments rather than a two month window. We would welcome a call to walk through your report line by line. Please reach out to our support team and we will get it scheduled. The GemAlgo Team
