Bought A7 mini pc and it could not handle the Lightroom editing and froze up and I’ve been contacting the company via email because there phone system does not work. I receive one email a day saying please send me a video. I just want to return the item and get my money back but I can get any help. This is a scam!

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased my A7 device from the manufacturer and it still took nearly a month to arrive (24 days) despite them promising multiple times that “it will arrive this week”. It lasted 9 months and bricked it’s self during startup. They didn’t want to initiate my warranty, I had to insist. They sent the new device to the wrong address after I confirmed the correct address three times. Customer Service asked if I could drive 490 miles to the wrong address to see if it arrived. I’m still waiting for a response for how they plan to get me my machine or money. It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone, I had to resort to blasting them on social media before they would respond to my emails and messages. I think they only work once a week or are so inundated with issues they can’t keep up. Don’t waste your time or money on these highly unprofessional people. UPDATE: I'm pleased to say that I finally got a replacement, and the "company" was kind enough to upgrade it to the 2Tb model. They asked if I would update my review so here it is. They are worse than I previously mentioned. I'm very upset to announce that the replacement is already dead in less than a month. I got a low gpu memory warning before it froze the application that was running. I set it to restart and it never came back on. So that's two in less than a year that bricked themselves and the only solution is to send them back with all my data on them. What is really going on? Are they stealing my data? probably.

bought minipc on 7/19/24 and sent them numerous emails. nothing has arrived -received this message back 8/18/24: "The IT13 was out of stock, we submitted a shipping request when it became available on August 8th, but have had no tracking updates since then. We urged the warehouse many times, and only this week found out that the computer is still in the warehouse for various reasons. The warehouse is processing it, but due to the large order volume, it is expected that logistics information will not be available until next week." If I get it, I'll adjust my ratings ---------------------------------------------- Finally received 8/26/24 after purchasing it 7/19/24. A tad late. Am surprised it showed up actually. Haven't had time to use it yet. AFter I set it up will adjust my review

Product purchased in February 2024. Defective since the beginning of August. Manufacturer refuses to repair the part despite the promised 3-year warranty. They send me to the German Geekom support and this sends me to the seller, who also does not respond to any emails. Manufacturer can't do anything with my invoice. Very poor product and a bad manufacturer

I have had such an appalling experience with Geekom that I feel the need to write a second review. This company are absolute snakes. After only one year, my mini PC broke. They offer a 3 year warranty, so I contacted them. It took a week for them to respond. There is no grasp of proper English from 'Mina' who is the 'support' and communication is difficult and laboured. Emails have been backwards and forwards now for weeks. They finally offered to send me a replacement, saying they couldn't fix the PC. I send my PC back to them (at my cost). Once received, they tell me to choose a model from the website as they no longer have my model. When I choose a model, they tell me then I need to pay the difference (more than what my original PC cost) in order to recveive it! Of course, I said no. I told them that I wanted a refund, or repair or replacement. The reponse is simply: "Hi Your order has over 1 years and we can't refund you Hope you can understand Mina" So they have my broken PC, and are not replacing or repairing it. WTAF?????? I don't even have in my hands my own PC that I bought from them anymore. They have deceived me into sending it back. Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour. This company is extremely untrustworthy and deceitful, and the warranty counts for nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Ho recentemente fatto un acquisto su questo sito e l'esperienza è stata estremamente deludente fin dall'inizio. Ho ordinato due articoli con la promessa che sarebbero stati spediti a metà di Marzo. Tuttavia, a fine marzo ho notato un cambio sul sito web senza alcuna comunicazione da parte loro. È stato solo quando ho contattato il servizio clienti per informazioni che mi hanno confermato il cambiamento a fine di marzo, senza nemmeno scusarsi per la mancanza di trasparenza. Siamo ora in aprile e ancora non ho ricevuto nulla. Non solo non hanno rispettato i tempi di spedizione, ma ora sembrano ignorare completamente le mie richieste di aggiornamenti. Il servizio clienti è orribile, e la persona che mi risponde costantemente (presumibilmente "Camille") firma le sue risposte con "le migliori ricompense". Questo mi sembra più una presa in giro che un vero impegno a risolvere i problemi dei clienti. è arrivata ieri. ( 17/04 ) L'ordine l'ho fatto 10/03 ( diceva arrivasi a metà marzo ) ..

Adquirí un multiconector C1 en el que no funcionan la mitad de sus puertos. Producto de baja calidad y un precio elevado. Chinos haciéndose pasar por alemanes.
