I think it came a day earlier than promised. It was easy to set up, but I have been a little slow in moving everything from the old computer. It is much faster than my old computer and is tiny. The only thing I don't like is that when it goes to sleep, I either have to hit the "enter" button twice and move the mouse a couple times or hit the power button on the computer. I'm still trying to decide if I should mount on behind the monitor.

Customer service was responsive to emails and did exactly as I requested to hold shipping until I was available to receive the delivery. When I received the product, it was in excellent shape and worked out of the box. I'm veery happy with my experience.

Having used "D" products for years...bulky, pricey and problematic. This is great, still getting use to not having a desk filled edge to edge with equipment. Nice to have a pc that moves without flinching, just moving. So far I have no complaints, only compliments. Having a 3 year warranty is a sweet bonus. Funny I looked at all the normal brands...I asked AI who gave me a few names to try. Geekom intrigued and glad it did.
