Geekom makes and sells good PCs at a great price! I ordered my new Geekom Mini IT13, 13th Gen. Intel Core i7 on a Thursday evening, and it arrived at my door on Monday! Super-fast!Annie has been a huge help by ensuring everything was done swiftly and correctly, including making it easy to return the extra PC I ordered by mistake. The entire process including original order processing, and then returning one PC, plus my delays, took two weeks. I have historically seen some companies use twice that just for their first response. These Mini PCs are great! No question. Nearly double overall, in performance, compared to my previous PC, this Mini is nearly equal in price to the old one. Four years of historically high inflation and Geekom is doing what no others are, giving value. You will have ALL of my future business!

I finally decided to get a Windows based pc for my home and was immediately blown away by this mini pc’s performance. I will surely be purchasing a couple more for work to run some CAD software on them.

Decided to go back to Windows - Bought my XT and delivery was fantastic. I have NEVER seen a system like this XT - FAST FAST FAST and reliable AND easy to setup and use. If you are looking for a new windows machine this is it.

I bought a Geekom $249 miniAir 11 (16GB RAM +512GB SSD + Windows 11), it has worked fine over the last 3 months. I was amazed when I plugged in my old Lexmark printer into the USB port, and it recognized it. The same thing happened for a non-Geekom wireless mouse and wireless keyboard. I also bought a Geekom 10-in-1 USB hub to allow me to share a monitor with 2 other computers using the 9 wire D connection. All additions were effortless, and everything just worked! I live in the USA and delivery time was about 5 days. I am happy with the setup and performance of both units.
