My first Geekom came in a nice soft zippered carry case. This 2nd Geekom came in a dual cardboard box, not handy for carrying on travel. I am disappointed. In the future give us the nice touches, as well as a free USB hub with the various types of USB and an HDMI hub as the first encounter was my cables were all legacy HDMI and you have some in between thing, not the mini. Those are really basic to quick setup and ability to travel.

I purchased a Geekom mini-PC in 2023. I replaced my desktop Dell PC. The computer has been working flawlessly since then. I am very happy with the performance. If I have to purchase another computer, I will seriously evaluate what Geekom has to offer.

After my more expensive Dell XPS desktop failed, I purchased an IT11 in 2024, and have no regrets. Granted that contacting Geekom support could be a little better, but when later I thought my WiFi adapter was failing, Geekom offered to replace with an IT12. Fortunately, my adapter appears to be okay and have had no other problems. If you want a mini-PC I would recommend considering Geekom. And if you want a desktop PC I would consider getting a mini-PC.

After a few weeks use, my Mini Air12 developed a noise and a random rebooting problem. I contacted customer service one afternoon and the next day I received a request to provide a few more pieces of information and things to check out. After receiving that information from me I then received instructions on how to receive a new replacement product. The new replacement computer was quickly shipped to me and received. This was about 3 months ago and everything is working great. I'm very pleased with the product, the manufacturer and the support offered.

Quedé sorprendido por el resultado, no esperaba que un pc tan pequeño pudiera dar el rendimiento que me está ofreciendo. REalmente una compra excelente, aunque tengo problemas a la hora de apagarlo ya que se reconecta nuevamente. Supongo que terminará encontrando una solución y eso no hace variar mi satisfacción máxima con la compra!

El pc llego bien y en el tiempo establecido, instalación rápida y funcionamiento muy ágil.

Tengo mi A5 conectado a la TV, por tanto solo lo utilizo para navegar por Youtube i para reproducir películas. Mi opinión sincera es que estoy encantado con él, es silencioso y rápido. Si tengo que comprar otro ordenador sin duda será de su marca. Felicidades.
