Customer service spent a lot of time assisting me in trying to install windows on one of my Geekom PCs. They subsequently replaced the computer under warranty because it appears to have a hardware fault. Assistance was given with a cheerful interaction. The support I received was one of the best experiences I have received in the 48 years working in IT support and management. Based on this reaction and subsequent resolution I have no hesitation in recommending Geekom.
