Outstanding Customer Service
Peter @ GeekomPC Customer Service Went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy camper. My IT12, great machine for 3 years, died. I reached out to GeekomPC support to assist in the trouble shooting. It was determined that there was a power fault that caused it to stop working. Within 10 days, they shipped me a brand new machine! not only is that Outstanding customer service, it was prompt, with no hassle. Great company to work with; I love their products and have recommended to my clients and friends. Thank you Peter for the great service and support!

Fast helpful service on correct coupon discount
After some confusion with refund coupon codes, Peter of the customer service team was very helpful and resolved the issue in a day. I am very grateful. My new Geekom IT15 mini PC was delivered promptly this morning and was installed without problems. It’s working well and I am very happy with it… fast and quiet too. Recommended.

My New A8!
I bought a Geekom A8 on Amazon received it the next day, I just love it! Had a bit of a problem trying to get sound from the headphone jack and asked Geekom for help they sent me a complete step by step trouble shooting check list and I fixed my problem, just a simple setting in Windows 11 Pro that was sort of hidden! Had the system for about 2 months now works AWESOME! Thank You! Geekom

No hesitation in highly recommending GEEKOM.
As soon as I made GEEKOM aware of my problem with one of the USB ports on my Mini PC, the Support team responded and very quickly provided a 'driver' to install. The download worked and the computer is performing perfectly with the reactivated USB port. The speed and performance of the GEEKOM Mini PC is very impressive and so too is the help and commitment of Support team. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending GEEKOM.

Super unkomplizierter Service !!
Hallo, mein PC ist spontan außer Betrieb gegangen. Da noch Garantie auf dem Gerät ist,habe ich mich per Mail an den Support gewandt. Ab da ging es sehr schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Verständliche Handlungsanweisungen und als sie erfolglos blieben, wurde mir alles nötige für eine kostenlose Rücksendung zur Verfügung gestellt. Ab zur Post und neuer PC war nach 2 Tagen bei mir.Besonders dankbar war, dass ich die SSD Karte behalten durfte. Karte in Rechner eingebaut und alles wieder in Ordnung. Danke für diesen außergewöhnlichen Service. Wenn alle Firmen so handeln würden, wäre die Servicewüste Deutschlands nicht so groß !

Mini Air 12
I am using the Mini Air 12 for desktop publishing and Zoom meetings. It is very quiet, low power and cost effective. Recently there was a fault with the computer. I was able to return it cost free under warranty and I received a replacement computer shortly after. The new computer is working fine.
