Experience is great, however, the amount of "reminders" to review the company are out of bounds irritating. Stop it! Ask one time.. if I have time, I'll review.. if not, I won't. When I get 5 plus reminders, it pisses me off. That causes me to knock a star off your rating. Is that really what you want?

I like the price, however bluetooth power is pretty weak, getting spotty a 20 feet. I cannot get a wireless Logitech Keyboard/Mouse to work less than 2 feet from the unit. After using this device for a couple weeks, I find it meets my needs perfectly. I have not contacted Geekom Support, so my problems may be easily fixed.

It's a great system. It's fast. It's small... but it seems to have the sd card slot mounted upside down ... sd card works but it goes in upside down lol

It was easy to order online. I just received the laptop and have not had a chance to set it up Compared to most of the vendors for other brand, delivery was late - took time to ship and additional 5 days to receive it after receiving the email advising the unit is shipped as it was shipped FedEx ground. The unit arrived without any damage. The packaging was great and the unit looks great. I hope it will work as great as it looks for a long time.

9 days and counting - My order is still being processed. Worst experience I have ever had in trying to buy a computer. No proactive communication to say why it was delayed. I chased after five days - received an email saying "please confirm your details (which i already did nine days ago), and it will be soon be shipped..." Still waiting for my order to exit "Processing"... Update - After finally reaching a real person (via email) they found the"processing error" and my computer was finally sent. Geekcom apologized for the error, and gave me a free wireless keyboard and mouse. The computer is great, and I appreciate the response.

Great products available in your online store. Easy to order, but delivery time is very long. You need to use FedEx or UPS. waiting 8 days is not acceptable.
