I'm satisfied with Geekom's devices and accessories! I got a USB-C hub from them a little while ago that I use almost daily. Everything that I've gotten from this company has stood the test of time well so far and I have no doubt that will continue being the case. I purchased a Mini IT11 from Geekom back in 2023. It's almost been 3 years since then, and I have had no issues with the mini PC whatsoever. The Mini IT11 was an upgrade from my old laptop, and it's just as fast as when I first got it to this day. I use it for games, work, and as a media center. It's so small and easy to carry around my place. I have even taken it with me overseas on a 3 week cruise alongside a small monitor. The mini PC and USB-C hub was worth the price for me and has performed very well alas I've owned them.

I love my mini pc's I got from Geekom. I love the power within the small package. I have bought 2 machines from them and plan to buy a third very soon. When I thought I had a problem with one of my machines, I contacted their tech support. It took a day for them to get back to me, I was able to figure the problem out on my own. But they were right there willing to help with the problem. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Thank you Geekom.

I have purchased two of its devices. Both have worked wonderfully. I use them to manage all my backups and file systems. They are versatile and easy to upgrade storage. Running windows pro allows me to control other devices through them. They are dependable and easily handled the secure boot updates.

My experience with GEEKOM's Customer Service has been exceptional. Understandably, they are in a completely different time zone, so communication takes a bit longer since it is night there during my day. However, they do not hesitate to check into my concerns and get back to me quickly. I ordered the GEEKOM A7 Max AI Mini PC with an AMD Ryzen™ 9 7940HS, and it's an excellent product. Although it is a gift for my daughter, I tested it out playing a few games and found that it boots up quickly and its graphics are defaulted as "ultra" in the game Peak. My other daughter ordered the same mini pc for herself after playing Peak as a coop game. Even with only one stick of 16G Ram, it still loaded quickly and was able to play well. Time will tell when we give it more labor-intensive games to play.

I purchased my unit back in October of 2023 and 2 weeks ago it died. I used the Geekom online email to work with your company and y'all sure came through. You honored the warranty and replaced the unit in a matter of days. I wish to thank all involved (only name I have of record is Ivan Pang) for being exemplary in terms of customer service. I tried to add a note to this effect on Amazon but for some reason they will not let me.

As long as you get the schtic of micro-pcs, excellent products. are you running high-end video games - awe hell naw. you wanna stream some TV, browse your emails, even fundamental word/libre office? excellent device! definitely prefered their low-end products (its a goated streamer cause TV UIs suck) but with the state of computers, understandable also, window's pro-licenses! 2 year user, committed to it as a good option

These are nice PCs and great service. Ordering was easy and delivery was as promised, well packaged and documented. For most home users the mini PC is plenty of machine and at a lower cost than an equivalent laptop - so if you already have a monitor and keyboard you're set! Highly recommended. The one thing that could be better is around communication, as my order included a special for a hub. The original shipment didn't have it and didn't say it would be shipped separately. Customer service answered my query fast and I indeed got the hub soon after.

My Geekom G6 minicomputer has worked flawlessly for 8 months. It’s on 24/7 and I use it for programs that have to do with amateur radio or ham radio. I have been very pleased with the quality of it. It is very quiet and runs cool. Takes up very little space. All in all a top notch computer that I would recommend to anyone.
