GEEKOMReviews of geekompc.com

I bought one Geekom PC a couple of years ago and it is a great PC! It cost me about half as much as it would have to upgrade my old Windows desktop PC. The performance is great. In fact, I bought a second one last year and I am using it to drive my 26 camera security system - again, no problems at all!

I have purchased (and recommended) GEEKOM mini computers for a non-profit company I support and to friends who are wanting to upgrade. This was in particularly true during the Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade timeframe. These computers provided MORE capability, taking less work space, and easy to configure right how of the box. I did have an issue with one of the minis after a few months. After onsite troubleshooting as requested by the GEEKOM team, I sent the system back for diagnostic and repair/replacement. Because of the low cost of these systems I had a spare mini on hand to eliminate any downtime for the end user.

I've own a Geekom AE7 Mini PC, which I bought to replace my laptop. I wanted to be able to use a desktop monitor, a full-size keyboard, and a mouse. I didn't want something that would take up a huge amount of space on my desk. This Geekom AE7 has worked out perfectly for my needs. It has all the power I need to run my small, home-based business. It has been a very reliable PC, and I highly recommend it.

My Geekom PC is versatile, and very easy to use. It has a plethora of interface connections and occupies very little desktop space. In terms of operation, it is fast and I have had zero maintenance issues. I highly recommend the Geekom products.

I bought an A5 mini PC over a year ago. It has worked flawlessly since it arrived. It is fast and quiet - there is virtually no fan noise. One of the best PCs I've ever owned. Have turned several of my froiends onto this company and they are all totally happy. I couldn't be happier.

My purchase experience with GEEKOM was very easy. Their website was very easy to navigate and customer support was outstanding. Delivery was as promised and I couldn't be happier

I initially bought a A8, great mini-pc that feels like a freaking workstation. I used it for heavy loads (gaming, AI, development, and general work). I was able to remove Windows and install Linux for my usage. The system had a graphics chipset failure after a few months of usage. I contacted Geekom and they worked with me very kindly and expeditely to get a replacement. At the time, there were no A8s available, but they did offered a A7 of higher performance and specs. The A7 build quality is sleek and the performance is also quite good, that one has been running Linux and Windows with no problems. I appreciate Geekom's response to stand by their warranties and to help as quickly as possible. Cheers!

I took a chance. My Geekom PC (mini 11) was a "cross your fingers and hope for the best" decision. It has turned out to be a very good choice. It is whisper quiet, takes up very little space on my desktop, and handles every task I have thrown at it (but please note - I am NOT an extreme gamer) The unit has performed pretty much flawlessly. After sale support has been excellent. The ONLY very minor glitch is that my external HDD unit prefers the USB-A extension port - not exactly a crisis. When the spouse needed a new desktop, getting one for her was the obvious choice. Two satisfied customers here.
