Long story short there was some confusion over the date range, birthday of the United States Navy versus birthday of our country. Nevertheless it was confusing, I brought to their attention and they fixed it immediately. I tried calling a phone number but couldn't get through, so I used the text to customer service method and it was answered promptly and seems to work great. I would buy from them again in the future for sure!

I can’t say enough about GearVet-Outboxer, LLC! I’ve purchased a lot over the years on FB, but never experienced the prompt and positive Customer Service as they provided when I inadvertently purchased a wrong size of a Marine 250 years tee shirt! Since I’m a XL guy, I needed help to fix the problem! Over night I received a reply and they were able to take care of my error! I purchased four hats from Gearvet as a gift for a U.S. Veteran friend of mine. I ordered them believing the designs would be embroidered, based on the pictures shown on their website. What I received was screen printed instead, and the quality did not match the appearance or expectations created by the product photos. The website pictures were misleading compared to the actual hats received. I was very disappointed, especially because these were purchased as a gift for a Veteran. I am unsatisfied with the products and would not have ordered them had the website clearly shown that the designs were screen printed rather than embroidered.
