I am a first-time customer with Gearvet and, honestly, placed my order with some uneasiness because of bad experience with companies I had not used before. I ordered a 250 American Flag and it arrived when expected and - It is beautiful! Great quality and I am proudly flying it on my home! I also ordered a 250 t-shirt that was, through no fault of Gearvet, not going to work for me. Their customer service was prompt and gracious and took care of the problem very satisfactorily. As a US Air Force vet and proud American, I highly recommend Gearvet.

The customer service texted me and wants me to change my 1 star. I changed it to a 2 because they are suppose to send a shirt instead of replacing the hat I originally ordered Again changing the review star Then they will give refund if I change my review changed it to a 3 to get refund
