Had I known my order was being shipped from China I would not have ordered it. I did not realize it could take up to 35 days to receive it. I will review my experience once I receive my order.

This company sources their products from China. Had I known this, I would not have ordered anything from them. They should make customers aware that the product isn’t from the U. S. Right up front.

Gearvet.com is owned by outboxer LLC both who are CHINA OWN . THIS CHINESE COMPANY SENT THIER PRODUCTS TO A USA WAREHOUSE TO SALE AND SHIP HERE IN THE USA. GOOGLE EARTH THIER MIDDLETOWN ADDRESS AND SEE THAT IT IS A 3 STORY OFFICE SUITE BUILDING. THERE ARE NO SHIPPING DOCKS HERE. NO NAME ON THE BUILDING. A FRONT TO SAY THEY ARE BASED IN THE US BUY ARE NOT. MY ORDER IS OVER 30 DAY OLD. I'M STILL WAITING.

I ordered a hat with my ship’s name and hull number. It is very poor quality and does not hold its shape well. It is screen printed not embroidered. Will not refund money if not satisfied. Buyer beware.

I purchased four hats from Gearvet as a gift for a U.S. Veteran friend of mine. I ordered them believing the designs would be embroidered, based on the pictures shown on their website. What I received was screen printed instead, and the quality did not match the appearance or expectations created by the product photos. The website pictures were misleading compared to the actual hats received. I was very disappointed, especially because these were purchased as a gift for a Veteran. I am unsatisfied with the products and would not have ordered them had the website clearly shown that the designs were screen printed rather than embroidered.

Still haven’t received my order, they keep giving me the run around! Said that they couldn’t find my address, although while on the phone with the garbage shipping company, we found it using Google Maps! This company isn’t even based in the US, but selling military swag to veterans. This is garbage. Please do not be like and purchase anything from this place.

The hat I ordered is absolute garbage! Threads hanging...would not fit a small kid! Just trash!

Product not what was represented in catalog. Material is very cheap, the quality overall is a disgrace (Marine corps 250 anniversary shirt). The flag and marine corps emblem look like patches in photo, what they actually are is printed on the shirt.
