Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This sounds like a very serious issue, and we truly appreciate your effort in reporting it. To help us investigate further, we kindly ask that you provide the name of the online store that the link directed to. Additionally, screenshots of the post and the Facebook profile would be extremely helpful in our efforts to look into this matter. However, because each individual store owner handles their own social media and advertising for their website, we strongly recommend reporting the social media posts and profiles to their support team directly. Please send us this information at your earliest convenience to [email protected], and we will take immediate steps to address the situation. Thank you again for your vigilance and cooperation. Regards, GearLaunch

Helo Lisa, We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. After reviewing your case, we confirmed that the item was not printed as ordered, and our Customer Support team issued a full refund for the product in accordance with our refund policy, which excludes shipping costs. However, as a one-time exception, we have also refunded the shipping cost. This additional refund has been processed and should appear on your bank statement shortly. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right. Best, GearLaunch

Dear Md Mamun, We appreciate your feedback, though we must clarify the situation. Your store was permanently deactivated due to repeated violations of our Terms of Service, specifically the use of protected trademarks related to musical artists. This type of content misleads buyers and exposes both our platform and sellers to legal risk. As communicated via email last week, this is why your account was closed and associated profit withheld. We take intellectual property rights seriously and are committed to maintaining a safe, compliant environment for all users. If you have further questions, please reach out to our team directly. Best, GearLaunch

Hi Ray, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the delivery delay. We understand how important it is for your order to arrive on time, and we appreciate your patience. As our Customer Service team has explained, international deliveries typically take 4-6 weeks to arrive, depending on customs processing and local postal services in the destination country. While we understand this may be frustrating, we kindly ask that you allow until February 17 for your package to arrive. If you have not received your order by February 17, please reach out to us again, and we will be happy to assist you with either a replacement or a refund. Thank you for your understanding. Best, GearLaunch
