Actually, I provided expert Pathfinder recommendations for the proper display of the Pathfinder Torch. I asked that the production team understood that it is very important for the Torch wearing Veterans, the Pathfinder history and Legacy to see the Pathfinder Torch properly displayed. The administrative team was very receptive to my recommendations and we did for a good working relationship. I did not make my suggestions for monetary reward. This company is honestly pathetic. I have read hundreds upon hundreds of reviews claiming they consistently steal others' artwork, and they've been doing this for years and years and years. They should be run out of business. Apparently they don't even print nicely, and the quality of their products is garbage. I myself ordered a shirt from them and even though it says it was "delivered", I never received anything. I've been fighting with them over a refund for about 6 weeks now. The only way I'll get one is if I sign a document stating I can be arrested if they find me guilty of anything at all. It's absolutely absurd. A company that defrauds and plagiarizes... You think you're getting me to sign literally anything??? Asinine. Never work with these people. Never buy from these people. They are scum.

Hello Phil, Just like any insurance requires some documentation as evidence of an issue or claim, the shipping warranty in your order, that covers several issues such as order marked as delivered when it wasn’t, requires that the buyer signs a document to either get their order reprinted or refunded. Because you’re asking for a refund, signing the documentation is required. Once you sent us the signed document, we will process the refund of your order. Looking forward to hearing from you.
