I got a delivery of my gold maple coin. Their website bragged about that the maple coin is one of the most popular products because of its.9999 purity. I received a.999 instead of .9999! There was absolutely nothing about we are receiving.999 on their advertisement. I called the company but a customer representative said it’s the same value. I think not. Then if I wanted exchange I have to pay the shipping. My husband called and got a supervisor and back and forth with this issue several times finally the supervisor “sort of admitted their flawed excuses and pay for the shipping fee. But at the same time the supervisor also said “I don’t know what they (meaning the storage facility warehouse) are going to send you”. So the HAA doesn’t have any control over the metals are send out at all. I didn’t want to deal with even more inferior gold male to be sent to me so I decided not go through with the exchange. I think it’s a false advertisement on their part and I will not trust this company anymore.

Excellent way to invest in precious metals. Metalstream makes it so easy. Need to shorten time ACH deposits take to post to account for purchases and deposits.

This is my second purchase. Both were simply, i had all the information I ask for and the purchase was smooth. in about a week, in both cases, i had my precious metals in hand!!

It takes too long for money to get credited to my account, and by the time that it did, the price had risen dramatically.

I have had my account since the inception of HAA. The metals I bought have paid off handsomely, but I haven't sold since I believe the best is yet to come. The most important aspect for HAA is the metal is as easy to sell as buying/selling a stock. The storage options are excellent!

I liked the final result but likely because I don't understand the process between the order being executed and the money being ready for withdrawal, I didn't like how long it took for the money from the sale being accessable.
