Excellent lunch and service. Would definitely recommend and going back in a couple of weeks with other friends

Went to Gauch recently with my family to celebrate my Son's birthday. For a premium restaurant where you are paying c.£350 for 4 people you expect a premium service so while the below are all minor points there were too many minor points. - Ordered a bottle of Red. It came but it was a different year to that advertised - Two of the steaks were over-done, one was meant to be medium rare and was closer to medium well - Ordered a chocolate brownie for my son but he got a cheesecake. When we questioned it the waitress simply said 'Well you are getting it on the house for his birthday' and walked off Will find it very hard to justify going to a gaucho again

"I visited the restaurant after seeing an offer on the menu for any two courses at $24. Though I understand that extras like drinks and sides may incur additional charges, the final bill exceeded what was expected based on the $24 deal. Despite confirming this offer with the staff when ordering, I was surprised to find the actual menu prices on the bill. When questioned, they insisted on a specific ordering method, contradicting the advertised deal. This deceptive practice showcases how they mislead customers and coerce them into paying more. A cautionary tale - don't trust their advertised deals."

We had a private dining experience as a family group at Gaucho Leeds. The service, the food, and the whole experience were top-class. Thank you to all concerned.

Fantastic meal and fantastic service from juan in cardiff very friendly and really made the night extra special for my mum in law’s birthday. He is a massive asset to the restaurant. Highly recommended.you pay for what you get 😊

Last evening with my parthner and his sons went to Gaucho in piccalilly in London, we had a nice meal despite the service wasn't great, we were served by an inexperienced young lady. When we finished our meal, my partner went to pay the bill and when that was done we walked away heading home. At some point a guy from Gaucho started screaming in the middle of the road, if front of other clients and general public " YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILL" that moment ruined the mood of the evening, it was embarrassing and very distasteful. I believe before screaming you have to pay the bill you have to be sure 100% because that is real bad! And that did not happen last night. Never again in that chain Fabio

Four of us wanted a steak experience, which we got. Good was good, albeit expensive even by London standards. The meat came with no sides, hence the bill of £90pp with only one bottle of wine amongst us four. Service was non-existent, waitress disappeared for long stretches with us waving other waiters down for some service. In the end, we went to the front desk to settle the bill as the waitress was missing in action again….. we didn’t even fight the “discretionary” service charge. Much to my amazement a senior guy came running after us alleging that we didn’t settle our bill! After setting the record straight, all we got was a “sorry for the misunderstanding”. Never again!!
