Received quickly and is the correct part. Unfortunately, it did not solve our issue. I may need to return it.

Product was not in stock but says in stock. I ordered but no shipment. I have to check back with them after many days. The order was not even showing up in my account. I have to chat with their csr to figure out the truth. There is even no visibility as to when the parts will be in stock. I canceled the order.

Ordering was easy, website navigation was good, Parts arrived quickly! Shipping price was a little steep, part did not fit without some modifications. I had to use a grinder to shrink its diameter to fit the gate.

Tried to return a camera and they said no returns on electronic items. Would strongly recommend buying produce at Amazon. The liftmaster camera I purchased requires a $3 per month fee to record the video per camera which is not mentioned when I purchased the camera.

I ordered, they delivered quickly, it was the correct product and it worked. So no complaints.
