Got the part really fast. Friendly service
Got the part really fast. The person I spoke with on the phone twice was very nice and very helpful. My only disappointment was that the price was considerably more than Liftmaster and other sources sell it for but they didn't have the part in stock and Gatehouse Supplies did. I needed to fix my garage door opener so I paid the extra $40. But I don't quite understand why Gatehouse Supplies charges so much more and even more if you order by phone rather than online. Still I'm happy I was able to diagnose and fix the problem and have my door work as it's supposed to.

I needed keys for a wireless gate…
I needed keys for a wireless gate keypad. I searched the Internet and Gatehouse Supplies seemed to be the only company that had the keys in stock. The cost of the keys were on the lower side and the shipping was half of what their competitors charged. It took about six day for the keys to arrive. Very pleased!

Don't waste your time with emails
I originally ordered the parts via email to their parts email address and never got a confirmation. When I tried to call, no one would answer the phone. I emailed twice to check on the order and got no reply. I took a chance and ordered online and crossed my fingers the parts would show up. Thankfully, they did.
