Hi Neil, Sorry but we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. As with many items right now the 365LM is on backorder from Liftmaster, we have your ordering pending and will ship it out as soon as they come in.

Hello Vim, We looked into this and as you said you ordered the wrong part and we shipped it out to you. We were happy to help you out and exhange it for the correct part with no restocking fees. The part you wanted to exchange it for is on backorder from Linear as are so many other items right now due to the broken supply lines. As soon as that part becomes available we would of shipped it out to you. We understand that you can't wait any longer for it. In this instance we will be happy to waive the restocking fee and refund you in full for the cost of the product. I hope that is satisfactory for you. Thank You

Hi Dan, I looked into your order you placed it on Saturday the 10th and we shipped it on Monday the 12th. You picked USPS First class mail which was the least expensive method. Unfortunately we have no control over the US Mail system and their efficency. We do offer Fed Ex as a much more reliable method.
