"Free Shipping" promo code took but was not honored
my order took the "Free Shipping" promo code and did not charge me shipping when my order went through. Only to get a phone call in the next day or so saying that the "Free Shipping" promo code was not valid for the items I ordered and my order was cancelled. My money was refunded and I went to a competitor for my purchase. Not the best experience.

Hi Ronald, i am sorry but if you read the promo code restrictions it clearly states that it doesn't apply to large items that have to be shipped via a freight truck like a gate operator.

Friendly staff and reliable inventory
Helpful, friendly staff who answer the phone quickly! No computerized phone tree. Also carry the parts to keep my 20 year old system running. This allows DIY repairs and saves $$.
