Replacement parts were good, but not identical to original parts.

The items we ordered were backordered with no timeframe given as to when it would ship. That alone was a bit of a disappointment but add to it that our credit card was charged immediately and that adds up to an unhappy customer. We were given the option to cancel or wait for item to come in, a catch 22 situation.

When you call, you are able to speak with someone. They did not have the logic board I ordered in stock so they needed to get it from the manufacturer. They gave me an accurate estimate of when it would get to Gatehouse and they mailed it out to me that day. The product worked fine, at least so far.

Ordered part for gate opener-part was defective. Called to have part replaced, was told I had to contact the manufacturer and go through a troubleshooting sequence while on the phone with them to check and see if the part was truly defective. If it was found to be, then Gatehouse would replace as long as I gave them a case number. I was told by the gate opener manufacturer that the part HAD to be defective. Don't have time for all that-spent enough time taking equipment apart and installing what was supposed to be a new part. Didn't plan on being a technician-just wanted the gate opener fixed.......
