Always satisfied with our tour on Gate 1!!!❤️👍❤️👍❤️ Their goal is our satisfaction , safety and to make unforgettable memories !!!

The trip to Turkey was our second trip with Gate One. My wife Teresa and I had a fantastic time. Turkey was amazing with such a rich history, archeological sites, museums, mosques and the people were so nice. The hotels and food were top notch and we ate like kings. Our Tour Manager Dilek made the experience over the top with her wealth of knowledge and love of the country. She explained the history and culture and told stories about each location that we were going to visit. Her background as an archaeologist and teacher made her the perfect person to take us on our fascinating journey across Turkey. My wife purchased a small crocheted little boy doll from a local villager in Guzelyurt and named him Timmy. Every stop we made after that Teresa would take pictures of Timmy’s Travels at Pamukkale, Konya, Cappadocia, Ankara and Istanbul, with the Whirling Dervish, Ceramic Studio with the artist who made the Wine Decantor that we purchased….. Everyone on our bus enjoying being a part of Timmy’s travels and helped take pictures of him everywhere…. Our group was only 16 people and we all became friends and towards the end we felt like family. Mr Ossman our bus driver was kind, courteous and professional and very helpful. We purchased the airfare through Gate One which included all of the transfers, everything went perfectly smooth. Any company only shines if they have good people to represent them. Dilek and Mr Ossman Shined for the company and certainly helped make all of our experiences more fulfilling. Thank you Dilek, Mr Ossman and Gate One, we look forward to our next trip.

So well organized and loved our guide. It was a small group so the group was special and we all had a good time.

The tour guides and the hotel were all first class as was the venues

Gate 1 Discovery tours are best in the travel industry. Great itineraries, unique discovery places within each tour, knowledgeable and courteous tour managers, highly rated hotels and above all reasonably priced.

Great hotels, great guide, and well worth the money

The tour was a fantastic experience. It was nice that everything was handled before you left for your trip. The included tours and optional tours were well planned. The accommodations were mainly 5 stars hotels. What made the tour memorable for me was a tour guide & driver. They interacted with the tour group making us like a family. I also felt the tour members were very nice , especially as I was traveling solo and everyone was out going.

Due to historically low water levels on Danube Gate1 essentially replaced river cruising with bussing, with no option for change, cancelation, future credits. Friends with cruises from competition all given these options. Regret putting our trust in Gate1.
