Gate 1 TravelReviews of gate1travel.com

Our tour guide, Joaquín, was exceptional! His English is better than mine and his patience far exceed mine. He dealt with a thousand questions, sick people and made it look easy. His knowledge and humor were great. Oscar, the bus driver, navigated narrow streets and kept a clean ship. Thanks to you both

The tour for the most part was exactly what I expected. There were some activities that I wasn’t particularly pleased with, but the scenery and hotels were phenomenal.

Wonderful group - Exceptional tour guide Guiseppe- Beautiful island & weather!

Gate 1 is fantastic! You get so much for your money. Every detail is well thought out and they go above and beyond to make sure you are safe and have a wonderful experience.

Our guide was amazing right from day 1. He had ensured everyone was being cared for and all was well. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all questions! The driver was cautious and able to maneuver the bus on the narrow roads with no problem! Safety was important as a team!

Everything was perfect...our tour manager Jack, did absolutely GREAT planning, from picking us at the airport to getting us settled in our rooms in 4-5 star hotels. He made sure our accommodations (whether it be in restaurants, tour sites, transitions from one place to another, etc...) went smoothly. He anticipated our every needs! We fell in love with the historic charms in China that we plan on going back within a few years or so....Thanks again Gate 1 for giving us another wonderful vacation!

Best guide ever! She was wonderful and made the trip.

What went right? Do not know what is wrong with these people lately. My prior review I detailed my horrific Germany experience after 32 prior trips. I filed credit card disputes on the last trip, cancelled (3) active trips, and they emailed me…if I cancel my credit card disputes they will review the situation? Just received an email thanking me for my positive review - are they kidding?
